Bylaws govern usage of condo common areas (AB)

Life in a condominium can be maintenance-free, but no one ever said it’s rule-free. With so many residents owning and sharing common space, law and order must prevail.  Every owner belongs to the condo corporation, that body which also makes and enforces the bylaws informing how the property is operated and maintained.
