Outdoor light displays have been carefully arranged at Whites Creek Manor in Ocean View, to enliven sheltering at home, which is important during the coronavirus pandemic but monotonous for some.  The finest displays will be judged by a panel of residents early next week, and winners will receive prizes, maybe plaques or gift cards, plus thanks from neighbors who enjoy seeing them.    Read the article…………………………..
