I would like to express my opinions regarding the homeowner/property owners associations. We all have differing needs and expectations when it comes to our homes and dwellings.  These groups or associations can be the greatest asset and source of comfort or a financial drain and/or an emotional nightmare which seems to suck the oxygen out of your life.    Read the article………………………..
