Can a condo board evict an owner’s tenant? (AB)

Question: I am the president of the board of our condominium complex. The board passed a motion to take steps to evict a tenant. The tenant is disruptive and has breached many bylaws. Despite our efforts, the owner of the unit is not co-operating with the board. We do not even know the tenant’s name. Are we allowed to evict a tenant of an owner?   Read the Q&A……………………………….
