In December 2020, Southport management became aware that Mr. Vieira allegedly forged the signature of one of its agents on an architectural modification form that was submitted to the Town of Mashpee building department, police said in court documents.  The Southport Condominium Association then barred Mr. Vieira from doing additional work in the neighborhood but told him he would be allowed to complete ongoing projects for which clients had already paid.     Read the entire article……………………………….
