This is a follow up to our article of March 10 “Modernizing How Organizations Meet”, where we emphasized the need for condo corporations to be able to meet virtually in order to not only be on side with the Condominium Property Act (the Act) when it comes to holding their AGM’s which are supposed to be held within 15 months of prior AGM (Sec 30 (2)), but to also allow owners to exercise their voting rights.
