“Everybody’s water goes out sometimes — city, county, private, wherever you’re at — however, Horseshoe Bend has had issues in the past and it’s a private development with a private operator and so the state has limited regulatory authority,” King said. “[HSB residents] have a Homeowners Association, they have a contract with the operator, but also the primary contact would be TCEQ and we’ve got TCEQ focused on this at the moment.” Read the article………………………..
