While the housing market has had its share of booms and busts over the years, one housing trend has remained constant: the growth of community associations throughout the U.S.  According to studies from the Community Associations Institute, associations in the country have grown from 10,000 in 1970 to more than 328,000 in 2013, covering more than 24 percent of all U.S. homes, with Florida coming in as the state with the most associations at approximately 46,000.    Read more………
