A 76-year-old man is in critical condition after two officers pulled him from a fire at his Plainville condo Tuesday, police and fire officials said.  Richard Thomas is being treated for burns to the head, arm and back at The Connecticut Burn Center at Bridgeport Hospital, they said. His wife, Ellen Thomas, 71, was admitted to Hartford Hospital to be checked for smoke inhalation and was listed in stable condition Wednesday.    Read the article………………………………….
