Anthony and Patricia Schinella own a condo in Wildwood Crest.  They pay their property taxes. They pay their condo association dues.  And at the end of the summer, they paid for a new air conditioning system.  The chose the system in part because they were told it was eligible for a $2,000 rebate from the state.
