The White Bear Lake Restoration Association and White Bear Lake Homeowner’s Association announced that they have settled a two-year lawsuit with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and DNR Commissioner Thomas Landwehr over the historic water level decline in White Bear Lake.     Read more……….
