Residents could be facing steep fee increases in Landscaping and Lighting Assessment Districts due to a lack of mechanisms built in to account for inflation. Formed between the late 1980s and mid-1990s, LLADs were created to assist the El Dorado Hills Community Services District in funding improvements, operations and maintenance of assets throughout El Dorado Hills, including irrigation and landscape areas, street lights, fencing, entry monuments and other park and open space facilities.    Read the article………………………………..
