Oswego police are investigating criminal damage to property at an Oswego fountain after someone put soap in it Saturday, causing “many bubbles.”  Officers were called the Churchill Club subdivision, located off Wolf’s Crossing Road, around 11 a.m. for a complaint from the homeowners’ association who said an unknown person or group put soap in the fountain at the entrance of the area, on Bluegrass Parkway.     Read the entire article……………………………….
