High winds contributed to the spread of a fire Sunday that destroyed about a dozen units in a Tewksbury condominium complex.  The fire at the Pheasant Hunt complex on Randolph Road started on the third floor of the structure just before 5 p.m. Within minutes, three fire departments were called to battle the flames.    Read the entire article……………………………….
