I have heard from folks in condo associations and communities where one or two properties have made life insufferable for the rest of the community. In my opinion, every community or condo association have those feel a need to mandate, influence or control.  Minimizing the impact of these detractors seems to be the key in marginalizing them.    Read the article…………………………..
