In Lemley v. Aliso Homeowners Assn., Inc., Case No. B288789 (2d Dist., Div. 3 July 3, 2019; posted July 5, 2019) (unpublished), HOA and homeowners got entangled in an easement agreement dispute in which homeowners wanted specific performance/declaratory relief to enforce an amendment to the agreement, while HOA defended on the principal grounds of mootness because it recorded an assumption of obligations in the original easement agreement.    Read the article…………………….
