Condo owners on Hutchinson Island have filed 23 lawsuits after being forced to evacuate their homes last year due to structural integrity problems.  The Villa Del Sol condos failed an inspection in August, leading authorities to declare the building unsafe. The inspection was mandated by a state law enacted after the 2021 Surfside condo collapse.     Video news report……………………..
