Townhouse residents in Indian Head Park are suing the village’s new waste hauler to get out of the village’s franchise agreement.  Ashbrook Townhomes Residential Association filed a lawsuit Feb. 26 against SBC Waste Solutions, claiming the trash removal company did not abide by the terms which Ashbrook and SBC had agreed upon.    Read the article……………………………………
