The Kingwood Service Association has applied for a permit with the City of Houston to dredge an area of River Grove Park where sand was deposited during Hurricane Harvey. The dredging will be from the left of the boat ramp, around the pier, and down to the right to the end of the boardwalk to help with boat entry.   Read the article……………………….
