Four homes on Terri Drive and Trestles Drive have received a “yellow tag,” meaning they are only allowed to enter their property during the daytime hours, according to Santa Clarita City Engineer Mike Hennawy.  “The yellow tags are a precautionary measure,” said Hennawy. “We have a geologist conducting a report to gather more information.”….The City engineer’s office approves the grading of hillsides during the initial construction of the homes in Santa Clarita, but said the neighborhood’s homeowners association is responsible for maintenance.    Read the article……………………………..
