As of October 3, 2021, almost all of the State of Illinois restrictions, additional requirements, and especially the moratoriums against evicting owners which were in place have expired.  Therefore, condominium, homeowner, and townhome community associations are now able to resume the collection of unpaid assessments as they did prior to the Covid-19 pandemic.    Read the entire article……………………………….
