A dispute between a group of Carolina Forest homeowners and an area home developer has reached a resolution.\  R.S. Parker, which is building 56 new homes at The Farm at Carolina Forest, has agreed to install a fence separating his property from existing homes in the 800 block of Carolina Farms Boulevard.   Residents had asked that a protective berm be installed to mitigate noise and visual blight.       Read more……….
