Some residents of the Briar Chapel community in Chapel Hill are questioning the timing of their HOA’s enforcement of a yard sign policy.  They say the policy has not been enforced until now and believe it has to do with “Black Lives Matter” signs that have been popping up around the neighborhood.    Read the article……………………………..
