? Q. I am a manager in Northern Nevada. I am aware of the new law that was passed as of Oct. 1, 2021, regarding association notices. I’m confused because owners were able to receive most association notices via email, yet the new law requires the associations to now also mail out notices even though many owners consent to receive only email notifications.
