I am often asked what happens when no one wants to serve on the board of directors of a condominium association. Unfortunately, this is not unusual, especially in smaller communities. We see many associations have member apathy in voting in elections as well as a lack of interest in running for the board. As such, it is not uncommon for the same individuals to feel as if they must serve on the board of their condominium association year after year, because no one else will step up to the plate.     Read more……..
