An Ontario court judge has ruled that buyers of a pre-construction condo unit could close their purchase transaction despite the builder terminating the deal. Alex and Kelly Lucas signed an agreement in January, 2015, to buy a pre-built unit, from a numbered company, in the Roncesvalles Village area for $369,000.
