Dear Tony: Our strata corporation recently approved a special levy at our annual meeting to pay for a deficit of $37,000 from 2019 overruns.  The resolution required three equal payments, on March 1, April 1 and May 1. At the meeting, several owners objected to the resolution, as the payments were due in a short period of time and the fee of $10 to collect the levy was added to each payment.   Read the Q&A…………………………
