A wide-ranging smoking ban at a local condominium complex has left some residents feeling burned.  The policy at Village Green Condominiums applies to tobacco and marijuana alike and was announced shortly before the legalization of pot.  “If you can’t do it on the property — period — where do you go?” asked Jason Leger, a cigarette smoker who rents a unit at the Mississaga Street West complex.    Read the article………………
