Q: The pool at our association has become a popular destination for trespassers on weekend evenings. These folks simply climb over the fence that surrounds the pool. One of the board members has suggested installing barbed-wire at the top of the fence, or having the fence electrified. Is this permitted?   Read the Q&A……………………………….
