In a dispute that reached a B.C. Civil Resolution Tribunal, the question was: Is a pergola considered patio furniture?  Strata owner Brandon Trent brought a claim before the tribunal, asking for an order that would allow him to keep his pergola on his second floor balcony.  According to Trent, the pergola is patio furniture.    Read the article………………………
