Disputes over the unauthorized use of condominium common elements continue to appear in Ontario courtrooms.  One recent case involved Irving and Nancy Kumer, who owned a luxury condominium townhouse on Lower Village Gate, near Spadina Rd. and St. Clair Ave. W., in Toronto.
