A new defect in San Francisco’s sinking and tilting Millennium Tower has appeared.  A large crack reportedly formed in a window on the 36th Floor of the building on Saturday, according to a resident.  Department of Building Inspection spokesperson Bill Strawn says a correction notice was issued and building engineers have 72 hours to report back on what happened.    Read the article………………
