Residents displaced by a fire two weeks ago have been told they won’t be able to move back into their homes for at least 16 months.  Valhalla View in the Bankview community went up in flames less than two weeks ago, forcing residents in the building’s 56 units to make home elsewhere.    Read the article……………………………
