A group of Rancho Tehama residents gathered in downtown Red Bluff Monday to protest what they say are issues with the recall vote of the Rancho Tehama Association board.  A group of more than 10 were in front of Ramos Donut House at the intersection of Main and Oak streets starting around 11 a.m. for the protest, which was led by Rancho Tehama resident Juan Caravez.
