A condominium association is alleged to have hired an unlicensed contractor to repair a roof at a Bethalto property.  Angela G. Klein, as executor of the estate of Mary K. Webb, deceased filed a complaint on June 19 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Parkside Estates Condominium Association and Steve Mitchell alleging negligence.    Read the article……………
