The Saskatoon Fire Department spent around five-and-a-half hours at a condo building Friday night to oversee the repair of fire and life-safety systems they discovered weren’t working properly. During a recent call to a highrise at 1416 20th St. W., Saskatoon firefighters became aware of issues with the fire alarm system, sprinkler system and fire extinguishers in the building, according to a media release.
