I had a security spotlight installed 20 years ago on my garage to light my driveway. It was installed for safety reasons. There is nothing in our documents disallowing it and several other homeowners have spotlights also.  Can I now be forced to remove it after passing inspections for 20 years?    Read the Q&A……………………………..
