One of two men accused of running a timeshare transfer scheme was sentenced in Boulder District Court on Friday to 10 years of probation.  Timothy Hatcher will also have to serve 200 hours of community service, pay restitution jointly and be severally liable with his business partner, Kristopher Chavez.
