Colorado Springs’ mayor is one of more than two dozen mayors across the state supporting a change they say could bring more condos to Colorado.  The proposal is aimed at reducing construction lawsuits against condo builders. Right now, only two builders will are willing to build condos in Colorado, according to Sen.
