I find it disappointing that reporting and talk shows have taken the low ground on various topics over the past decade, but more recently by John Oliver in his segment on homeowners associations. Speaking from experience, purchasing my first home in a condominium afforded me the opportunity to live the American dream of owning a home. It was more affordable and the HOA fees were less than what it would have cost for utilities and long-term upkeep.   Read the article………………………..
