Landscaping for Clean Water workshops held throughout Dakota County  Sick of winter and ready to see some greenery? Dakota County is offering landscaping workshops that will inspire ideas while also benefitting the environment.  The Dakota County Soil and Water Conservation District has partnered with four local watershed organizations — the Vermillion River Joint Powers Organization, the Black Dog Watershed Management Organization, the Lower Mississippi River Watershed Management Organization and the Eagan-Inver Grove Heights Watershed Management Organization — to create the Landscaping for Clean Water program.    Read the article……………….
