Directors of the Third Mutual board fielded resident queries regarding a ballot proposal to revise its CC&Rs during a special town hall meeting Friday, May 21. Currently, the governing documents require Third to provide full insurance coverage of its properties. As proposed, a “yes” vote would loosen the language, holding Third accountable to provide a “reasonable” amount of coverage instead, and allowing for budgeting flexibility.
