The City of Williams Lake has renewed its State of Local Emergency (SOLE) for the Terra Ridge strata development at 500 Wotzke Drive.  Four of the 80 units in the complex were issued a ‘Do Not Occupy’ order on September 15 after the city received a concerning engineering report.    Read the article…………………………….
