Broomfield resident Bella Bates is questioning her HOA’s rules regarding yard signs after receiving a notice to take down her own.  Bates was confused because she and other neighbors have seen graduation signs on the yards of several neighbors for weeks if not months.  She did not expect to win an appeal hearing, held Monday evening, so instead wanted to use her allotted time to talk about “what’s wrong with America.”    Read the article……………………………
