A Burnaby strata is suing a concrete repair company for allegedly slicing through electrical conduits and knocking out the highrise’s elevator.  The Empress strata, located at 6282 Kathleen Ave. in Metrotown, hired JFR Concrete Repair and Waterproofing to repair parts of the building’s parkade where rainwater had been pooling, according to a notice of civil claim filed in B.C.
