Coconut Creek homeowners association leaders recently came to the city asking for help.  Tree replacement in Coco Lakes is estimated to cost $200,000.   And there were more.  They were looking for assistance to replace dying trees and resolve other tree issues in their communities.  Those costs have fallen on homeowners through HOA assessments because of the city’s tree replacement ordinance.    Read the article…………………………….
