The Arizona Supreme Court reaffirmed Carefree’s right to construct an underground water storage reservoir, denying the Boulders Homeowners Association’s motion to halt construction on March 8.  “Having considered the motion and response, based upon the information provided and the interests at issue, and in the exercise of this Court’s discretion, it is ordered denying the (Boulders HOA’s) motion,” the Supreme Court order stated.   Read the entire article……………………………….
