Many people have shared a video on social media showing a local delivery truck driver blocked during a tense confrontation for nearly 30 minutes in the Oklahoma City metro.  Travis Miller told KOCO 5 that he and a co-worker recently were making a delivery to a home in a neighborhood near Northeast 131st Street and Eastern Avenue when a man claiming to be a board member with the homeowners association blocked them in.    Read the article………………………………
