It’s only a matter of time before somebody is injured or killed by a motorist speeding through a stop sign in the Courtyards at Pleasant Meadows Condominiums, homeowners say, but unless the signs meet state Department of Transportation standards and the intersections are annexed to the town, they cannot be enforced by police.   Read the article………………………..
