The Copley Township Board of Trustees Feb. 26 denied a request from the Copley Homeowners’ Association (CHOA) to remove the R-CD (Conservation Development) Residential District from the township Zoning Resolution.  Representatives from the CHOA said their goal with requesting R-CD’s removal from the Zoning Resolution was to prevent the misuse of zoning and preserve the character of the Copley community.     Read the article…………………………….
